It’s been a while since I stepped into SeaTac airport, but I took serious note of the food option difference between ‘having a plane ticket’ and ‘not having a ticket’. If you are privileged enough to have a ticket, there are places that have really good food, whereas not having a ticket gets you little more than basic coffee shop dining.

Once through the hallowed security gates to real eating options, I ordered up grilled Mahi Mahi tacos with salsa and a soda before my flight to Denver. The tacos had a nice citrus zing, crisp coleslaw and a spicy salsa. The only thing the plate failed in was having slightly stale chips. The Mahi Mahi made up for that flop because this fish was prepared perfectly. All said, it made for fantasic airport food and all for around $15 at Anthony’s. Good service, good eats and a great view. As for those without tickets… probably a Seattle’s Best muffin without a view is your best bet.

Also to note: most of the photos from here on out will be taken with a Canon Powershot SD960 IS that shoots 720 30p HD video. I was able to pay-up for the ATT wireless as well.
